I love to stay at this AC Hotel when I'm in Miami. Every time my experience is satisfying. From the easy parking next door to the incredibly friendly, helpful, and competent staff at every turn. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic, and the food tastes and feels of much higher quality than most other hotels. Again, the staff at the restaurant are always so helpful and friendly its a fantastic start to the day. I also appreciate the personal attention and even the nice follow-up emails from an actual person after my stay assuring that I had a great experience. Highly recommend!

AC is a very nice hotel in an excellent part of the city. Very close proximity to the design district and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all very nice especially Vernonica and George at the front desk. The room was nice and clean, albeit a bit small. The bathroom was also nice and clean with very good hot water pressure in the shower.

Amazing rooftop and lobby area. Love that there were coin laundry facilities for the guest to use. Amazing staff. Very friendly and attentive. Love the daily credit to use at the restaurants.

Very conveniently located for the mall for shopping and dining , the marina and the beach! Breakfast was so good, fresh with lots of variety. The roof top lounge with grills and a pool has the best views and was amazing!

The hotel is really great in a great location. Large, comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Very dedicated and passionate about their work. A big thank you to the ladies at the front desk and the bartender. Nice rooftop bar with pool and great views of the city. Ample parking with lots of space. I can definitely recommend this hotel. If I am in Miami, I will choose this hotel again.

I loved the location. The staff was so friendly and helpful. When we arrived the system was down, but we were able to go to the pool and the bar at the pool was so good. The staff was very accommodating for all the trouble. Especially Alex one of the Managers.

The accommodation was perfect. The room is beautifully modernly furnished, the bed is comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was beautiful and big. breakfast, which was partly included in the price, was excellent - a large selection in the buffet or an order from the menu. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Also regarding questions in advance via chat - they responded almost immediately. The upper terrace where we could enjoy the evening is a bonus to the rating 11/10. We were very satisfied and I recommend this accommodation to everyone.
